Dear Alexander Krotov,

 

 

I hope you’re well.

 

I just wanted to get in touch with you about this year’s Be a Gunner. Be a Runner. event – the Club’s annual charity fun-run for The Arsenal Foundation – which this year will take place on Saturday, 5 April 2014.

 

As you may know, over the past two years the event has grown in popularity and in 2013, more than 30 countries participated in their own independently organised events to coincide with the flagship run at Emirates Stadium.

 

We are hoping to make this year’s event the biggest and best yet and so would be absolutely delighted if Arsenal Russia were interested in taking part this year.

 

To take part, all you need to do is devise a 6.4km run (the equivalent of 10 laps of Emirates Stadium) in a location within your town/city and send through the details to us so we can officially register you as participants. In advance of the event, we will then send all participants a unique running number to download and print to wear during the run.

 

We are also encouraging all overseas individuals/groups to fundraise or make a donation to The Arsenal Foundation to help the overall fundraising cause and will be offering the Supporters’ Club that raises the highest amount a 2013/14 home shirt, signed by the full Arsenal first team squad. The Arsenal Foundation supports a range of education and sport projects in the UK and overseas that transform young people’s lives – more details can be found at www.arsenal.com/thearsenalfoundation.

 

All international runners will also feature prominently across our Club media channels as part of the coverage of the event – see link to our gallery of overseas runners from last year: //ow.ly/tvBJ8

Кароч нам предлагают поучаствовать в это году в Be a Gunner. Be a Runner.

От нас нужно лишь организовать маршрут длиной в 6.4км, выслать о нем инфу в Лондон, кол-в участников и т.д... Нам пришлют номера которые надо будет распечатать и 5ого апреля в них пробежаться сосбно по маршруту...

 

Есть желающие организовать в своем городе?)

На счёт be a gooner be a runner. Последние два года организовывал бег с друзьями в Тбилиси. 6-7км вокруг озера небольшого.. Потом им фотки слал и они выкладывали. номера дали бесплатно в pdf. Из друзей , конечно же большая часть была просто группа бегунов... было нас 15 из них может 4-5 были фаны Арсенала.. в любом случае было прикольно. потом было пиво.

 

в этом году буду бегат в Варшаве если получится. там кажется надо региться через офф сайт и платить. я просто итак бегаю обычно.

С областей тоже народ подтянется.

Ладно, я поищу кто организует. Скажи, что именно им нужно в этих 6.4км? Пдф и какая инфа о маршруте?

 

Согласовать же нужно с Мэрией? Или как?

Да хз насчет согласований и т.д.- Оно надо? Мы же не по садовому с перекрытием собираемся бежать) парк какой-нить найти и пробежать по нему... Ну я так, грубогря

Набережная Москва-реки в районе Лужников. Самое раннерское место, по-моему. Но это уже на вкус и цвет. :)

Кстати, ребят. А кто нибудь сможет на машине приехать и собрать все вещи на старте и отвезти их на финиш? Есть такой вариант?
